As a courtesy, please remember to call us as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled
appointment and we will be happy to rebook it for you!
If you miss an appointment or fail to give us 24 hours notice (including re-scheduling),
you will be required to pay a fee of 50% of your service total.
A Credit/Debit card will need to be on file when booking.
There will be a 12 minute grace period for appointments. Anything after this will be charged for the service
and will have to be rescheduled.
There will be a 3.5% convenience fee added to all credit/ debit card payments. No charge for cash payments.
